The Rob Alvord Trio

I had the chance this last week to photograph my friend's band, The Rob Alvord Trio. I listened to them for a bit while I photographed them and they are amazing. About a month ago I visited Connecticut for the first time. This and other trips are the reason behind my complete lack of posts. But hopefully this is going to change and I will finally post some photos from these trips. Here are a few from Westport, CT where I stayed with a good friend and his family. Everything about Connecticut was amazing: the architecture, the beaches, and the seafood.

Tiny little house on the water. If you look really hard you can see the man rowing to it in his boat (at this size, it probably looks more like a speck, but you get the idea).

Last week I went to Oregon to visit my brother and his girl for a few days. I took a bunch of photos which pretty much consist only of their dogs, but I did manage to take a few of their new place as well which is pretty cool.
